Counselling
A grounded, confidential space to think things through and navigate the hard seasons.
About Me
Counselling, the way I understand it, is less about being fixed and more about being heard, understood, and supported as you find your own way forward.
I work with stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationships and identity questions, grief, and the broader work of building emotional health and resilience. I'm based in Milnerton and Century City, and my practice is fully online — convenient, secure, and confidential from wherever you are.
BA in Psychology & Communications
Counselling training completed through the Humanitas Institute
Registered Wellness Counsellor with the ASCHP (Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners)
Like all ASCHP registered counsellors, I work under ongoing professional supervision — for your safety and the quality of the work.
My Approach
Each session is a space where you bring whatever is present for you — no agenda you have to meet, no performance required. My role is to walk alongside you with genuine curiosity and care.
I work relationally, which means the quality of our connection matters deeply to me. I draw on humanistic and person-centred approaches, and I take your experience seriously — all of it.
Sessions are online, which means you can connect from a space where you already feel safe and comfortable.

How We Work Together
What we discuss in sessions stays between us. The only professional exceptions are situations involving a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person — in line with standard ethical practice.
Like all ASCHP registered counsellors, I work under ongoing professional supervision. This protects you and ensures the quality of our work together remains grounded and reflective.
I work within my scope as a wellness counsellor. I don't diagnose or treat mental illness. Where a higher level of clinical care is needed, I will be transparent about that and help you access the right support.
